Assess
During this time we develop an in-depth understanding of the company and the specific issues needing to be addressed. This information serves as the foundation for the strategy and tactics that will follow. Depending on the extent and nature of the presenting problem, this may be relatively high level or it may be very detailed. The assessment potentially involves review of documentation (e.g., organizational mission, values, goals; previous studies and/or survey information), interviews and/or focus groups with key individuals, observation and surveying.
As a result of the assessment we will have a snapshot of the current state of the situation and an understanding of the desired future state.
Create a Plan
During this phase, we will create recommendations for how you can move your organization to the desired future state. After getting input from you, we will put together a plan to address the specific needs of your situation.
Implement the Plan
Once approval of your solutions has been completed, we will work with you to put the plan into action.
