Our President

Lisa K. Tesvich, Ph.D., founded LKT Consulting, Inc. on her core values of integrity, dedication and excellence. She is a dynamic and insightful consultant, with a strong bias towards implementing practical solutions geared towards the long-term success of the business. Fundamentally, she is an astute problem-solver, partnering and collaborating with leaders to identify and holistically address issues related to people that are impeding or can impede the success of the organization. She developed her "get it done" style after spending over 15 years working in challenging situations across a multitude of industries from the public sector to Fortune 500 companies. She has deep expertise in human capital management, leadership development, team effectiveness, change management and coaching.

Prior to forming LKT Consulting, Lisa was an Associate Principal in the HR Management Business of Mellon Bank. Before joining Mellon, Lisa was a Director in the Global Human Resource Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. She holds Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Tulane University.

Lisa has been influential in the community through fundraising efforts and through adopt-a-family programs. She is committed to bringing out the best in people and organizations.
